The Centro & Rotana Hotel development on Yas Island in one of the most advanced property where latest technologies has been implemented in line with the latest guidelines of various Authorities and governing bodies. The development consists of two hotels:

• Centro Hotel: A Three Star low cost budget hotel which is 6 floor tall with 258 rooms.

The Yacht Club project is one of the most fast track project located on the Yas Island. The project has its importance due to its location and utility during the F1 race. The entire development is located just on the F1 race track and is in close proximity with Yas Marina Hotel. The development has four building. The main building of the club is in the shape of a Yacht with an harbor master. The entire development is connected on an a common TCP/IP back bone network which has reduced the total cost of the infrastructure.

The properties has a common marina between the club and the Yas Marina Hotel Development.
