The Ministry of Presidential Affairs – Car Parking Building & Monitoring Center is a integrated state of art Car park and Car Monitoring Control & command centre building for all the vehicles of Ministry of Presidential affairs in the industrial town of Abu Dhabi. This new building is the extension of the existing facilities to add additional parking facility for additional 1000 cards and VVIP cars. It has the complete maintenance bay for the cars used by the Ministry. The new building is a sophisticated property, where latest technologies has been implemented in line with the latest guidelines of various Authorities and governing bodies. The development consists three levels of Parking and a three levels of Office administration Building with staff accommodations.

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi enhances this dramatic scape with its unbroken height of steel and dark glass juxtaposed against a tranquil landscaped plaza below. The site of the building on Al Maryah Island, an indulgence in open space unprecedented in Abu Dhabi, has given the building an aura of special domain. The Healthcare destination in this instance has been endowed with a monumentality without equal in the civic and religious architecture of our time.

The ICN has been deploying following system for this Iconic project:

• Additional SMATV system using an RF signal distribution head-end for 1380 TV outlets.
• Property wise Master Clock system, which could be used to interconnect with Nurse Call System, CO2 monitoring system, Emergency Battery System etc.
• Distributed Antenna system to distribute the RF frequencies to the entire development for using technologies as 2 way Mobile Radio system, Telemetry, GSM system, Paging System and other safety systems.
