The Hopital Franco Emirien is a new development that is under construction on the Abu Dhabi Main Island. This new building is the extension of the existing facilities to the state of art multi-specialty Hospital have 160 bed facility. The new hospital is one of the most advanced property where latest technologies has been implemented in line with the latest guidelines of various Authorities and governing bodies. The development consists two Basement with a Ground + Eight floor tower.

Yas Island – Rotana& Centro Hotels, Abu Dhabi.

Centro Hotel Tower

Upgrade of CCTV Network and Gate Barrier System.

The Centro &Rotana Hotel development on Yas Island in one of the most advanced property where latest technologies has been implemented in line with the latest guidelines of various Authorities and governing bodies. The development consists of two hotels:

• Rotana Hotel: A four star property which is 10 floor tower with 322 Rooms.
• Centro Hotel: A Three Star low cost budget hotel which is 6 floor tall with 258 rooms.

Both the properties are connected over a common infrastructure and share a common Data center.

Centro Hotel Tower

The existing TCP/IP CCTV system was upgraded and an additional storage and Cameras were included using the existing TCP/IP backbone of converged Network.

A total of 75Nos. Arecont Vision MegaDome CCTV cameras have been added to the existing Sony CCTV system. Additional 4Nos of Bullet Cameras of Arecont Vision were also integrated seamlessly to the existing Sony Make of CCTV network. The Storage for the CCTV was also upgraded and an additional 90TB of storage was added to the existing storage.

The entire upgrade was carried out to the live CCTV system without a single minute downtime.

The project has been complete over a duration of 3 months and 20 days.
