The Yacht Club project is one of the fastest track projects located on Yas Island. The project has its importance due to its location and utility during the F1 race. The entire development is located just on the F1 racetrack and is in close proximity with Yas Marina Hotel. The development has four building. The main building of the club is in the shape of a Yacht with an harbours master. The entire development is connected on a common TCP/IP back bone network which has reduced the total cost of the infrastructure
