AL WATHBA PALACE

Al Whatba Villa is a new 2 bedroom villa developed for the Royal Family. It has two large bedrooms with Living room, Study room, Majlis, Dining room and two kitchens. One is a preparation kitchen and other is serving kitchen. The villa has a large courtyard with garden and outdoor barbeque facility. The development occupies the total area of 3800 sqm.

  • CCTV system interfaced with TV system and Mobile App.

  • Interface of Building Management and controls with the Automation system.

  • Accessing the security gate using the mobile App developed by ICN.
